Xc 45 MK II, from 2015, in great condition, exclusively for sale!
She has three cabins and two heads. The heads are very spacious and offer everything you need. She has only been used for family trips and a few long trips and is therefore in good condition. She is well equipped, has always been maintained by the shipyard and comes with hardly used Elvström Epex sails from 2022. She is also in first ownership.

7 Additional information about the yacht
The Xc 45 was the first model in the Xcruising range to be launched and was voted European Yacht of the Year in 2009. She was praised for her combination of cruising comfort, performance under sail and responsive handling. The Xc 45 features the X-Yachts steel frame, which ensures stiff sailing behavior and resistance to grounding. The deck and sail layout has been designed for easy handling when sailing in pairs.
Designer's comment:
“One of the main differences between the Xperformance and Xcruising ranges is the hull design. The Xc range, with its deeper hull sections, offers greater internal volume for tanks and other essential equipment. Deeper V-shaped hull sections ensure smooth and comfortable movement in waves. The larger displacement allows the installation of a heavier keel. The large fuel and fresh water tanks and heavy batteries are strategically placed low and central in the yacht for excellent weight distribution. The lower centre of gravity optimizes stability and enables a well-proportioned sail plan. The Xc 45 can tackle any passage, no matter how long, in the shortest possible time. The composite keel made of lead and cast iron is encased in a reinforced epoxy E-glass to achieve a perfect flow-optimized keel and prevent corrosion. Flush-mounted outer skin fittings and a folding propeller reduce drag and ensure that the Xc 45 can make the most of the given conditions.”
