She has three cabins and one wet room, and like previous years, she was mainly sailed in the Danish South Sea. There is no maintenance backlog or similar issues. The yacht is well-maintained and comes with several special features such as a PROFURL R 350 furling system, a new jib and mainsail from 2023 and 2024 respectively, and a brand-new rod rigging system installed in 2025. Annual winter maintenance tasks such as sanding, polishing, and repainting have consistently been carried out by a professional boatyard. The yacht is currently in its fourth ownership.

7. Additional Information About the X-35
The design vision behind the X-35 was to create a sporty and easy-to-sail yacht with sleek and attractive lines. Below deck, she offers comfort not only for the crew after regattas but also for an active family during weekend or vacation cruises. Her hull, keel, and rudder configuration give the helmsperson very responsive feedback and a direct sailing feel, reacting even to the smallest adjustments.
The X-35 provides sleeping space for up to eight people and offers plenty of room for a family of four on a summer cruise. The mahogany interior gives the saloon a warm and cozy atmosphere, while the spacious forward double cabin offers additional storage space under the berth and in the wardrobe. During regattas, the saloon table can be removed to make room for extra sails.
